The second project was a medium-sized project in West Dallas that included adding a full bathroom, moving closets, repairing drywall, painting the entire house interior, and kitchen cabinet work and paint. He turned this entire project around in 2 weeks and within budget which saved me from paying more interest against a hard money loan.
